    Default Wiper Switch Install

    Hello all,

    I purchased a needed wiper switch for my 83 GT. I have never installed one of these. I did a search for installations of these but I did not find one. Can someone help me out with instructions or pictures? I currently have the the plastic shroud around the turn switches off.

    I would like to install this.

    Looks like 2 screws from the side but I have not done one.

    I replaced my turn signal switch last year and took off the wiper switch in the process. I believe it's just as simple as pulling the grey electrical connecter from the switch, and unscrewing the 2 screws to detach it from the steering column. Plug the electrical connector into the new one and attach with the 2 screws. Then just put the collar back on. I think it's that simple. Been a while since I did the turn signal switch, but I followed this video and it mentioned removing the wiper switch:
