Mustangs Unlimited and Shelby Car Club of New England put on a Ford Powered show at the Mustangs Unlimited store in Manchester CT on April 26th, this allowed the New England and New York crew to meet up for some spring time fun and cruising! This was the biggest Foureye gathering we have had to date in the North East area and it was a blast! We had close to 20 foureyes at the show and a total of 56 cars on the 1.5hr cruise. We had Mustangs, Capri's, Torino's and even a LTD! Many thanks to everyone that was able to attend and hope we can do this more often to show the people who we are.

You can find more photos HERE and also HERE and a video of the cruise HERE

New Year, New Look!
Written by FEP Admin

We've done some upgrading and cleaning up around here.  The site has a new look, some new features, new content, and is easier to navigate.  We're just tying up loose ends at the moment, but most everything should be functional.  The only potential issues you'll run into are links in the news sections below this article.  All of the links to the left work.  There's more to come in the near future.  We'll keep you updated.

FourEyedPride has another great sponsor.  If you've been on the boards, you've probably noticed that the Wheels, Tires & Brakes forum has a sponsor.  BaldGuy Designs came on board in October.  BaldGuy Designs is owned by long-time FEP member n20capri.  They offer custom centercaps for factory and aftermarket wheels, window decals, graphic design, web design, flyer printing and much more.  If you have a local car club needing promotion, or even a business, give BaldGuy Designs a look.

With the help of FEP staff and members, we have added a LOT of interesting new material to the Library .  There's more than we can list in this update, but here are some highlights:

12-06-08

Two new tech articles have been added!

Capriman86's long-awaited Marchal fog light restoration article is now available.

FEP Supporter Paul has contributed an article about trimming and looming (and not your typical looms, either) plug wires to make for a much cleaner appearance in your engine compartment.

September Update

Things have been very buy here at FEP HQ.  We're adding a lot of technical manuals to the online Library, new literature is being obtained and scanned, and FEP has a new sponsor.  So, let's jump right in and take a look at what's new.

First off, a sincere welcome to Kocky Products! They are the official sponsors of our Online Car Show/Show & Tell forum. Kocky Products are offering a special Kocky shirt sale for FEP members right now.  Take a look at what they have and take advantage of the great deals while they last.

The 1984 Car Shop Manual Supplement is now online.  This supplemental manual covers many of the changes and new information that came along with the introduction of the 1984 SVO.  It includes TRW Steering, Turbocharger, Turbo Electrical, Body and also Mustang Convertible Power Windows.  If you have an SVO, or any other 2.3T powered car, it is likely that this supplemental manual will be of interest to you.

More Do-it Yourself Service Guides are up.  The 1982 Mustang/Capri, Fairmont/Zephyr, Granada/Cougar Do-it Yourself Service Guide and 1984 Mustang/Capri, LTD/Marquis Do-it Yourself Service Guide have now been added.  These really are worth a look.  They are not the full-on shop manuals, but they have a great amount of important information and have a lot more detail and in-depth how-tos than one might expect.  We are hoping to someday have a full set of early Fox DIY manuals, but they are somewhat scarce.  More are on the way, and we will be letting you know when they are online.

1980 Fairmont, Zephyr, Thunderbird, Cougar/XR7 and 1980 Pinto, Bobcat, Mustang, Capri, Granada, Monarch, Versailles decoding information is now online.  Yes, there's a couple of name plates in there that FEP doesn't cover/support, but the information is all together and if folks who own these cars find this information on our site and can make use of it, they're certainly welcome to.  This is detailed decoding information directly from Ford.
